Capital Retirement Plan Services and Boetger Retirement are latest addition to national expansion
BOSTON (July 31, 2020) – Group RHI, a national retirement services firm, today announced the acquisition of two Pennsylvania retirement services firms: Capital Retirement Plan Services and Boetger Retirement Plan Services.
Capital Retirement Plan Services (CRPS) manages the design and administration of 401(k) and defined benefit plans for clients across Pennsylvania, West Virginia and the surrounding area. Based in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, CRPS has built an outstanding reputation for retirement plan administrative services during its more than 20 years in business.
Boetger Retirement Plan Services, based in Erie, Pennsylvania, specializes in actuarial consulting, retirement plan design and recordkeeping for public and private sector clients. The firm serves clients in over 30 Pennsylvania cities, counties, towns, and townships and has a particular expertise in designing and administering cash balance plans.
