Ohio firm is the company’s fourth recent acquisition
HOUSTON (February 1, 2021) – Definiti, a national retirement services firm, today announced the acquisition of Brewster & Brewster.
Brewster & Brewster manages the design and administration of 401(k) and defined benefit plans for organizations in Ohio and the surrounding region. For more than 20 years Brewster & Brewster has built a robust regional presence founded on responsive service, analytical precision and a cooperative approach to serving customers.

Brewster & Brewster will be rebranded to Definiti once the business integration is complete later this spring.
