Who should I call with questions about my plan?

Many of the people you rely on to answer questions, address concerns, and help solve tricky plan issues remain in place. As always, we’re here to help. Continue to reach out to your regular contacts within our organization. And rest assured, we’ll update you if administrative or organizational changes are made.

Do plan documents and contracts need to be updated?
Current plan documents and contracts remain valid and will be honored by Definiti going forward. No changes are required to reflect our new name at this time.
When you need to make a change to your plan document, it will come from Definiti.
Our pricing, services and terms of agreement will remain unchanged until there is a need to do so.
Is there a website and new online resources?
Plan Sponsors will use Definiti PlanSponsorLink, a secure and easy-to-use online portal for important plan administration activities, such as completing the annual census, finding plan documents or notices, and sending sensitive employee information. We’ve prepared a video for you showing some ways to use PlanSponsorLink. Contact your RPC if you need assistance logging in.
Plan sponsor and participant online data has been consolidated with Definiti online resources, and plan data is now available through Definiti PlanSponsorLink.
Definiti.com serves as a centralized resource to learn of our services, stay on top of your account, and get our latest news.
How do I access PlanSponsorLink?
The security of your plan data is our highest priority. Definiti’s PlanSponsorLink gives us the ability to share data, documents, and other plan information with you in an easy-to-use, secure online environment. Through PlanSponsorLink, you can safely and securely share plan files with others in our organization and with your Definiti RPC.

We’ve prepared a video for you showing some ways to use PlanSponsorLink. Remember, your RPC can answer questions about PlanSponsorLink if you need help.
Who should Plan Participants contact when they have a question?
Participants are first directed to the plan sponsor for help with questions. Your RPC is happy to answer any questions you have about the plan so that you can support your plan participants as Plan Sponsor.
Plan participants are then encouraged to contact the plan’s investment provider directly to elect changes in contributions or distribution requests. Most providers offer both a web portal and a dedicated participant services phone line.
Unfortunately, since we cannot verify the participant’s identity and this can lead to security issues related to their account, we cannot accept participant calls.
How should I submit a request for a loan or distribution transaction?
We value your plan data and participants’ privacy. The most secure method to request loan and distribution transactions is through your Investment Provider’s web portal. The participant makes his or her request directly with the investment company. Through this method both Definiti and you as the plan sponsor will be notified of the request for review and approval. As some investment providers do not yet support online requests, you may need to send Definiti a form to be processed. The most secure method is through PlanSponsorLink.
Will proposals and pricing illustrations change?
For new plans, we are now generating proposals and illustrations with Definiti. Rest assured, we’ll accept and honor any active quotes generated as Delaware Valley Retirement and write the plan document as Definiti once it is sold.
Will invoices be different?
Remember that invoices now come from Definiti. We’re pleased to offer the following payment methods: 1) ACH, 2) credit card, 3) auto debit authorization, 4) from plan assets, 5) plan forfeitures, or 6) paper check if necessary. Contact billingteam@definiti.com with questions or to request more information.
