Who is Definiti?
Definiti helps clients define what’s possible with workplace retirement plans by delivering smart retirement solutions to Plan Sponsors and their employees. Definiti offers retirement plan design, administration, compliance, actuarial consulting and recordkeeping through on-staff experts. These experts include actuarial consultants, documents specialists, retirement plan consultants and ERISA Attorneys.
RPSI built its business around a singular focus: delivering trusted, clear advice and workplace retirement plan solutions for plan sponsors, and those advising them. Definiti is an evolution of this business — we’re committed to retaining the relationships and expertise you count on and take the step forward to make more retirement resources readily available and accessible to you.
Definiti is the ideal partner to realize the next chapter for us. They share the same focus on providing a great experience for clients, and we know our clients will be well served.
What does this mean for me?
The quality service you have come to expect remains a priority. The administrator currently assigned to your plan will continue to be your point of contact to answer questions, help keep your plan in compliance, and address any plan administration issues.
This decision comes after some time of successful collaboration and focused conversation with Definiti. There are several reasons why this next chapter with Definiti means great things for all of us.
- RPSI focuses first on building strong, personal relationships with our clients, and it was important to find a partner like Definiti with that same motivation.
- Partnering with Definiti allows us to provide a full suite of service solutions. From intelligent retirement plan design and thorough regulatory compliance reviews to supportive 3(16) plan administrators, we deliver extensive third-party administrative services for both defined contribution and defined benefit plans.
- Definiti wants to retain the talents of the RPSI team which was part of our search criteria. Definiti also allows our team to grow with several career paths available. In fact, all the RPSI Team is joining Definiti.
