Industry veterans Nancy McCoy and Brooke Cozort take on significant roles
BOSTON (June 22, 2020) – Group RHI, a national retirement services firm, today announced the appointment of two senior executives. Nancy McCoy has been named General Manager and Director of Integration, and Brooke Cozort, ERISA Attorney, leads the Company’s in-house legal team.
A proven manager and retirement expert, McCoy brings a wealth of experience to Group RHI. In addition to running her own TPA for over 13 years, she held positions of significant responsibility with national firms including Empower, United Retirement Plan Consultants and Investrust. Ms. McCoy manages the transition of newly acquired firms into Group RHI while leading the growth of the Company’s West region. Ms. McCoy is based in the Tacoma, Washington, regional headquarters.
Cozort serves as the Company’s chief ERISA Attorney and leads the Legal and Documents team. An ERISA specialist, Cozort pivoted to the legal profession after 14 years as TPA partner and manager. She joins Group RHI after stints at global consulting firm Alvarez and Marsal and the benefits practice of Sherman & Howard. Cozort is a member of the Colorado State Bar Association and is a Certified Pension Consultant, Qualified Pension Administrator and Qualified 401(k) Administrator.
