Arkansas-Based TPA Starts Next Chapter with Definiti
HOUSTON, TX. – April 18, 2023 – Definiti, a national retirement services firm, today announced the acquisition of Werntz & Associates of Little Rock, Arkansas. With this acquisition Definiti services more than 13,000 retirement plans across the United States with more than 300 professional personnel.

The Little Rock office for Werntz & Associates was originally opened in 1976 and purchased by Dennis DeCoursey in 1991. The firm thrived under his leadership, providing third-party administrative services to hundreds of companies in the region. After his untimely passing 2021, the search began for a strong partner.
